In college, it can easily feel like too much. Too many people, too many pages of reading, too many parties, everything feels overwhelming (because it is) and exhausting (because you try to take advantage of it all).
The three things that have proven to be unfailingly calming for me are slightly random and odd, but I promise they’ve worked.
1. Puting a fresh set of sheets on my bed2. Finding the room in the library with the least amount of people and most amount of sunlight3. Buying a toasted poppyseed bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes and eating it while walking to class
